Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee diagnostic — the Understand phase — so you know exactly what you're investing before any implementation begins. From there, implementation costs vary based on scope, but I'll always give you a clear proposal with no surprises. I'm not in the business of open-ended billing.
Not at all — that's literally why I exist. I handle the technical side. You just need to know your business, which you already do. Everything gets explained in plain language, and I make sure your team is comfortable before, during, and after any changes.
The diagnostic phase takes one to two weeks. From there, most implementations deliver measurable results within four to eight weeks. You'll see progress quickly because I focus on the highest-impact opportunities first — not the most technically interesting ones.
